PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

U.S. SHIPPING RATES

Standard Shipping:

• $4.99 flat rate for all U.S. orders
• FREE shipping on orders over $60

Delivery Time:

3–7 business days after processing

Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as your package is on the way.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO

• Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the address.
• RAELA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
• If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office first, then email us for further help.
